Sacking the Catalan Lampard and bringing a proven elite CL winning coach.

Can't believe Barca are actually making the decisions of a serious well run club even if they are going about it in clownish fashion.
One season wonder isn't exactly a proven elite CL coach.

Look at the trophies won also. Has any manager come to Barca with all the club trophies under their belt.
Haters gonna hate.

Yeah also unfair to draw any conclusions from his stint with the national team, as it’s an entirely different ball game. At club level, he did really well.

And Xavi's experience?
A couple of seasons at Qatar.
Flick has manged at the highest level albeit for a short time period.
Nobody said Xavi has more experience or that he is more proven than Flick.

One year wonder isn't that conclusive tbh. Tuchel is much more CL proven than him imo.

Agree but Tuchel is a difficult coach to deal with. Tuchel would fall out with the board and would create a shitstrorm.

Xavi was 41 years old at the time of his appointment as head coach of Barcelona. Flick became head coach at the age of 55.

El Gato

Villarato!
Should've had the "Bumsi" nickname registered. Now everyone is using it
Dw lad, it's malvolio trademark, your main claim to fame.

I'm glad Flicks in for one
Rivalry might not be so one sided at least if he instills some professionalism into the club and bins bums like Gavi who are only relevant because of Xavi standing for them

Stronger Barca is useful for Spanish football. Not this meme Barca DNA version

What has age anything to do with this? He's not going to run on the of the pitch, is he? He's the same age as Ancelotti.

Flick will go with what the SD gives him. He will give input but he isn't going to fight tooth and nail for Olmo over Simons or x over y like Xavi.
