A fully fit team out the league title race and all in on CL and rotating for it is not worst scenario if comes to it.

Just need to see progression as season goes on.. whatever that looks like.

I think we will inevitably start playing better. Maybe in 2nd half of the season. Supercup, the guys will want revenge

We are only getting worse. Starters or no starters cause they have already figured us out.
Like INTER last season.
We are getting dog walked by SEVILLA and GIRONA and soon other relgation fighting teams.

We need a PLAN B

Not true brother. Since PSG game more or less we are shit and the level has been pretty consistent, even though we managed to win some games. We are not getting worse we are just shit. And we need to see if we remain shit forever, I don't think so

As for plan B... knowing when to stick to your plan is also part of being a good coach. Not panicking and trying to mimic others when things don't go well

Flick can do better, but it's not like he's operating in ideal circumstances. Team played really well last season. Then a lot of other teams made investments including Real Madrid. Now investments don't always equal to better performances(see Liverpool so far), but the squad depth RM have is light years ahead of ours.

We lost our best CB who was good, but not spectacular. We signed a GK who was upgrade, but didn't play tonight and, Rashford on loan and Roony.

And everyone knew that we needed a LB/RB, #9 and arguably a CB as well. Almost everyone in this forum agreed on that, but finances wouldn't allow it. I believe I said it a week ago. There's only so much you can extract from your academy and what you already have in the squad. At some point you need to make some big investments at key positions when you need it, and we needed it and couldn't do it.

Although the season is long. We were in a worse situation last winter. We'll see what happens.

Yep and last winter people spoke of all kind of shit. Ran out of gas, tactics figured out, Flick exposed... we changed literally nothing in our game, the mentality improved and boom we were firing again. A big part of this right now is a mental slump. They got dominated by PSG and maybe it was a rough reality check. Yamal probably has milion things going on in his head, Rashford still adapting, Kounde looks like something's completely off with him mentally fuck knows what and so on

Managerial role hasn't changed. You constantly have to overachieve when looking at state of the squad. Sometimes you can and achieve important things... sometimes you can't.

It is important to not let a not so good season drain you because then you are cooked.
