The best Barca coach since Lucho.

What a coach.
Could make arguments that he's better than Lucho. Lucho had arguably the best attacking trio in the history of the sport with a very solid midfield and a much stronger back 4 than the current Betis level defense.

For me, he is my Favorite Coach. He surpasses Lucho this year.
And I like Lucho more than Pep.

Out of all three, only Flick has a subpar team, and we are playing probably the most attacking football ever. And the most entertaining (at least to me).

Vini was on last night. He's a world class player who ran through the whole of Peps City defence to knock them out a few years back.

For me, it's embarrassing to see Xabi put 10 behind the ball and Vini&Inshallah to win. But that was the weapon to defeat us and despite the close score and last minute frantics, the gap between the teams was big.

About Flick, he is doing great. This time last season PSG went out and spent 70m on Kvara to plug a gap. City just spent 72m on Semenyo to tweak their attack.

While we can't do shit even with good expiring defenders this coming signing to snipe in winter. If anything is to blame for Flick falling short. It's that.

Our centers this match before the red where Eric, Cuba and then Martini. Sip that up lads.

And still, we won.

If we don't manage to win CL it will be looked back at as a team that was always missing a piece.

We plug a hole every year but another one opens up. Even if we manage to sign a CB in the summer it's not a given the attack will keep cooking at this level. Worst case we need to splash big on both a CB and CF soon.

We're gonna need some luck.

Future might seem bright but we have a coach and a lot of players that are ready to win a CL today, albeit not a full XI.

It could be enough, or not. We will see.
I'm merely pointing out it was only gloom & doom 4-5 seasons ago - now the future is incredibly bright, not just the present or even past season

Unironically, I feel like Lucho also underperformed with that squad, there’s no way we don’t win the 2015-16 UCL outside of that disgusting April 2016 run.

Laporta was full of praise for Hansi Flick’s work since arriving at the club, his ability to get the best out of the squad and the strong bond he has formed with Barça.

“I hope he stays for many more seasons,” he said, as quoted by SPORT.

“I tell the fans to be calm because he has a contract for several more years and, above all, Hansi Flick’s contract is made with the heart because of the bond he’s built with the club and the city of Barcelona, where he feels very comfortable.”
