Real are not that great a side.
Plenty average La Liga teams given them decent matches this season.
Even last game v Real was 50/50 even if lost it in end.

Yeah, but they are beating us in the last seasons even when we had better players fit. And our players are getting older, and IMO this Madrid team is over the last year's one. While our is worse.

Games have been close most of the time. Rub of green here and there.
They have been better at players taking their moments.

Yea, games were close, but you feel a difference in quality IMO. I suspect it will be the same. Narrow loss by a goal or two while them being better and more experienced.
Problem is our veterans are absolute dog shit compares with theirs.

They usually won because better finishing. They have way more quality upfront.

Better defense by far too, including the keeper. The reason they don't dominate as clearly, is because our midfield with the likes of Pedri, De Jong is on par with theirs, and because Carlo is a more pragmatic manager.

Pretty much what I said but dont believe they are as far ahead as some make out and games been close with them.

Exactly. They've scored 45 goals in La Liga this season and won almost double as much games as Barca. Benzema is the best player in La Liga. Vincius has scored 12 goals in La Liga as he is ranked 2nd behind Benzema with 17 goals. Barca's best attacker is Memphis with 8 goals in the league. Good finishing is a quality that makes the difference in the league like we've seen when we had realiable goalgetters in Messi and Suarez.
Madrid's defensive unit is not perfect, but also better than Barca's. Madrid is deservedly 17 points ahead of Barca. Performances in CL have shown the differences between the clubs too. I'm sure Barca can reduce the difference in quality if player's finally stay fit, but currently Madrid is at least a step ahead. I think today's game comes too early for Barca to proof that they are better than current numbers are saying.
League's Clasico and game against Atleti in early February will be better indicators for the collar size of this year's Xavi's Barca.

We don't know the details. Ferran I think is cleared medically, just lacking match fitness.
