If rumors are true then klose would probably be a 1 year stop gap. He is a monster in Aerial balls, and considering hes cheap, it isnt far fetched to believe we could be interested. I agree also, david luiz is a no no

Yeah I posted the other day in the rumors thread that the Corriere dello Sport ran an article saying we are interested in him. He's a good player but would only be a short term solution, 1-2 years at most.

We were interested in him last year too. He might be a nice addition, he's getting old so he wouldn't mind having a role that we describe as "joker" in Poland (don't know if it's the same in english), that is a player who comes out for the last 20-30 minutes in the most important match and uses his striker sense to shoot a much needed goal right away. Someone like Larsson for us back in the day.

A "Proper" Centre-Forward, who can compete in the air and can head the ball.

Admittedly he would be short-term, but he could be our Plan B for a season or two, and add a extra dimension to our attack.
