I don't like the idea of permanent clubs. It's boring. The best should be there.

Personally, I see it good Barca plays Europe League. At least it's a wake up call if nothing else.

Finally, can?t wait for the EPL fans to taste their own medicine. Letting criminal oligarchs fund your clubs is only okay in the Premier League. Meanwhile the SL is funded by investors. There is absolutely nothing against it expect crying baby fans knowing that their clubs are royally fucked. It?s not like even with the inane backing the the PL teams dominated the UCL in the last decade. Fyi it was Real and Barca, fan owned clubs destroying your oligarch moneylaundering institutes.

Thanks for the update SuperLeaguefan2000, although the last proposed format with permanent clubs was horrendous, that's why people didn't like it. Took away all sporting merit. But if you were interested in seeing Barcelona vs Juventus 30 times in 3 years, then good for you.

They are taking away the permanent members. The qualifications will be the same as the CL

So the difference between the ESL and the CL is what? That the ESL is run by an organization that is less corrupt than UEFA? :lol: That they promise to bring in more money? If so, how?

Not 3 clubs, 10 actually.
All past 12 members with exception of Arsenal and Spurs (who honestly didn't belong there from the start)

Resigned to it and folk will live to regret supporting it IMO if it is managed by the founding clubs.

But FIFA have helped them immensely by softcore response to Russian clubs so there won't be nearly as much antipathy as there was originally considering they softened the structure
