No one knows how Gala have the resources to pay him. So I would temp them and him with an 80m+ offer and 20ish million per year gross for Osimhen.

Maybe, but something is very fishy with their financials. Even their own fans are confused at how they are able to pull it off.

They will want more qualified professionals in place and decisions not made by a singular figure surrounded by those who accept it.

I don't think there's anyone at Barca currently or running for President that have the balls to make that pitch to the socis, unless they keep falling behind and can sell it if RM succeed as you said.
