Lugano is actually pretty skilled, he might not be Pique or Marquez on the ball but he's composed and has above average offensive instincts. We aren't talking about some all-physique plug here.

I don't know how you could call Lugano scummy and want Mexes though, both have nasty streaks and one of them is a much more consistent footballer- and it's not the one with a lower back tattoo.
