Cannot imagine he would cost a tonne. Norwegian record transfer is 20m from way back and City just signed the current biggest talent here that's also played quite a few games for the senior team for 15m.

So if we sign this guy then I doubt it will be for much. Would be for less than 10m for sure.

As for Roony then he was regarded as a massive talent a couple of years back, but then tore his achilles. So whichever team that signs him is probably thinking of it as a low risk potentially high reward type of buy.
