I wonder if there's a fairly unknown 12-14 year old kid right now ready to come through in 5 years or so. Somewhere in Europe or South America, who's as prodigiously talented as he is and can challenge him.
Messi was officially crowned as best at 23 (even if he already clearly was this by 21), Lamine sits alone atop footballing world, by a distance…at 17. It’s surreal because Leo is unreal but both can be trueWe are extremely blessed to have a talent like him so soon after Leo.
Incredible talent, hard to argue against him being the best in the world at the moment.
I just hope we nurture him, keep his feet on the ground and enjoy him.
Leo's career was an absolute marvel; it's unlikely Lamine will hit those heights (if we're being honest) but he can certainly come very close with the level of talent he has already.
No way he said that. Even he is not that pathetic.
Yeah, noticed it as well. He definetly seems quicker these days.Talking of pace. Did anyone catch the LaLiga top speed stats at the end of the game versus Espanyol?
I think it was compared to Puado.
I missed it, but one thing is clear, he is blowing past players this second half of the season and leaving them in the dust.
I'm not talking about using a trick to create separation, and talking about when he is past them, they ain't getting back like a year ago.
Seems that as this kids muscular development is kicking in, that he has got that Dembele acceleration going (note that Dembele top speed isn't that special compared to his PSG teammates, but that first burst).
