Looks very motivated and does produce end product. Would argue goal/assist per minutes is high. Can't ask for a better sub.

Romero isn't like what he was in 2022, but he has built ton of connections with agents and even players. He is still a decent source.

Seemed to have a more creative role yesterday. More conduction and things going through him. Don't know if it was a test for future or just down to the intensity and seriousness of the match.

That performance was Toni Fernandez esque. So yeah, no way we sell Fermin or Olmo yet. Maybe a year or two down the line one of them wants to go.

Then all going well I think Toni will be ready by then.

As a sidenote, I like Diarra more on the right than centre even if he lacks a bit of space and still is adapting. Don't see him as our future 10 but happy to be wrong. More chances Lamine go in and Diarra outside than other way round imo.

^^^I think Diarra is 100% going to end as AM. Even in Mali they called him Kaka due to that.

Your probably right on that. Club bought with that in mind.

Just from what I seen he has had a much better idea of space from the right than from the middle. Tends to take himself out of the play from the middle, while brings himself into the play from the right.

But can be worked on, and full pre-season from zero will give a much better version of him next season.
