1 - Marc-Andre ter Stegen

Horatio

You're welcome
I'm sure any contract has clauses and penalties that occur when a player goes against the interest of his employer out of spite.

Even if he found some loophole in his contract and he is exploiting it for revenge, it may or may not hold in court.
How would they ever proof it’s out of spite or revenge?

Barca will just switch back to the plan they had before MAtS decided for surgery. They didn't sign Garcia without being sure to register him. It's just that ter Stegen's surgery opened a more direct and easy path. Well, if he blocks it like a salty child, the club just has to go back to Plan A.
MAtS won't win with this, Garcia will get registered anyways and he will destroy his legacy at Barca.

They have him on the record saying he will be out for 3 months. Why do you share details about your injury and lenght of recovery on twitter and not share it with La Liga under a much stricter protection protocol?

Makes no sense. Can be used to show ill intent probably.

This further proves that club is run by clowns. WTF did they do over the past year?

It's like they went about their business signing Garcia and renewing Tek without having some talks with Stegen like months ago on whether he continues or not. They then suddenly decide to ditch him and rinse him trough the media and expect for player to go along with it?

It's his right to do what he want, most fans (undeservedly) hate him anyway but fail to see the real problem - we are depending on players getting injured so we can (temporary) register new signings. Who's fault is that? Clearly not Ter Stegen's.

If Lieporta really had a plan to register Joan and Trashy without MATS's "help" then why not do it? Probably because he's lying again and there is/was no plan.

Do you really think any club informs their players months in advance that they plan to replace them?

Besides ter Stegen was informed or at least knew what his situation was before the transfer window started for us on July 1st.

The only reason we do this is to be competitive and win. Which we have been doing.

Much better to struggle to register players but be one of the best in the world, than have a quiet time while swimming in mediocrity.

Yes, if said player is captain, has a long contract and you want to negotiate an exit. And there's also the issue of registering other players.

Informed? Seemed more like "informed" trough the media, like everybody else.

Last summer he wasn't far from it but he fought and won back the trust of the club and fans instead of crying and working against the club. I don't even understand why that matters, wasn't the point that the club didn't inform MATS that they are buying another keeper?
