Well, everybody needs to chill - we don't really know what has actually happened or didn't happen. Maybe there's is some truth to it, maybe a lot or maybe none...

The club has fucked up here, as usual. Why air this out in public? Talk to him behind closed doors and tell him he's no longer #1 and if he values play time he should leave, it's that simple but no, we have to start a campaign against him and smear his name first.
Ya I never liked this about our club. Barca loves drama.

I don't see him going to Turkey/Arabia. He doesn't seem the type, similar to Kroos. If he won't demand a huge salary, enough clubs in Europe will be interested.

Kroos and Ter Stegen are not similar at all.

I can see Ter Stegen definitely go to middle east for the bag. But that time is not now yet.

Laporta has saved this club once again. Pushed back against the POS Tebas on so many occasions and came out with W's in both Negreira case and Olmo/Victor registration, established a continuous pressure on Tebas through the right channels and maintains a strong, diplomatic relationship with Perez built on mutual respect - Perez respects strength and passion.

Spotify Camp Nou, revamping wage structures, bringing in Flick for a club legend in Xavi. Biggest Nike deal in football history despite no world star names on the roster compared to the times of MSN.

Many things could have been handled better, of course - this will always be the case, but man...

To think we are here now and Flick is our coach, saving the club from the last cancerous tumor that is MatS is satisfactory beyond description.

JUST IN: Ter Stegen is ready to face the competition for the #1 position at Barça. For any clubs that contact his agent, the answer is clear, he wants to stay at Barcelona. [@HelenaCondis]

Fabrizio even said there are european clubs interested in him, but he thinks he can stay and compete for the main spot when the club is extending Tek's contract and pushing him out.

That's hard to believe, he knows all to well how inflexible is Flick regarding his decisisons and has the best proof of that in Pena's case.

I'm sure he knows Flick by now and if it''s true that hedoesn't want him anymore he won't get to play a single minute from now on.
