Oh yes a much more competitive league, where they have outspent teams 2-3x, that are above then in the league.

They have been shit and much worse than Xavi, no amount of excuses can't change that fact, even in our current difficult situation, xavi has helped to put us in a much better situation now and into the future, than those two have done with there current clubs.

Xavi's coaching "project">>>>>than anything those two have done.

If we knock out PSG, it's time for Laporta to realize Xavi can be a great manager. If we lose badly, it's time for a new manager to try to elevate us to the next level, which is without a doubt returning to Europe's elite group.

In this tie we get a glimpse of Xavi's short term potential. Just a good manager, early in his career with plenty to learn, like there are 10 more, or someone aspiring for the real top level.

For the real top level you have to beat the top 6 teams in pressure games.

Too bad your theory is never gonna be tested, as Xavi is such a pussy that he won't take over any EPL side ever,
he knows he will be fighting relegation

Yeah, EPL is so difficult that the great Unai Emery took Aston Villa at 16-17th place last year, bought nobody and now they are in CL spots 😀

Regardless of the ongoing discussion, Emery is a very underrated coach. By the book, solid, and reliable. He might or might not be a fit for top clubs but he’s a top notch professional.

Nothing wrong with Emery. Arsenal didn't give him time and PSG are..Nuff said.
I actually reckon he'd be a good fit for us currently. Why? Because there are no superstars or prima donnas in our team presently. There's Lewandoski but he doesn't have that much clout here.

You keep saying about EPL level. But the fact is neither Ten Hag nor Poch compete for tittle. They compete for midtable position.

Both coach wealthy clubs. So what is your problem?

Only Luton and Sheffield United have faced more shots against them this season than United. An average of 17 shots per game. With Luton and Sheffield Utd's average around 18.

And that stat is before they played Brentford who had 31 shots and Chelsea who had 28 against them. Which may be enough to take United ahead of them into being the most attacked side in the league.

To have 59 shots against you by 2 bottom half sides is absolutely pitiful and not sure any sort of mitigation takes away from that depth of failure.

Ten Haag has spent twice as much as Xavi and his results have been magnitudes worse, even when factoring in the weak La Liga / strong EPL argument.

Xavi when he leaves Barca will stroll in to a high profile job at somewhere like Ajax or Lazio. Whilst when Ten Haag leaves Manure, he will float away in to the wilderness, much like his predecessor Ralf Ragnick did.
