He needs another 200m for Rayo and another 200m for Girona. Step by step, we will be able to stand on the same level as these 2 juggernauts.

Needs to resign out of his love for Barca, accept he is out of his depth. The season is not over totally and can still be somewhat salvaged,

Probably another manager will change some things. But the squad is also poor.

We are like current Chelsea and Man Utd. Our advantage is that LL is way poorer than current EPL.

Change some things? How do you call taking the team from 9th place and winning a league title?

Change some things from what? Make the team a back to back La Liga winner? Highly doubt anyone can do that without massive spending.

Its just hard to believe in construction when the game idea changes every two weeks. We try different concepts almost every game and there's no consistency. It will also affect the players who can't build rhythm in correct positions or know when and how to move.
Team is suffering for being disorganised and not having a clear idea of how they play.

The game plan is roughly the same. But the players will play one game great, and in the next they will miss easy passes, make stupid dumb errors and shit like that.

Seriously, in this match vs Girona if we score our chances and don't do stupid shit in defense, the match ends with something like 5-2 for Barcelona.

We're almost as many points behind the league leaders now as when we were 9th and Xavi was hired. We have spent money too. Not as much as some other teams obviously, but a significant amount of money on players he specifically requested too who have flopped big time.

Yeah, at least have some idea on how to set up the team and play football? I'm also thinking that many players are not that good or even downright atrocious. But there are teams in the league that punch above their weight and play good football.

Xavi just got lucky last season. Even Di Mateo won a CL, it can happen from time to time.

Yes, and your option is change the manager once every two years just to shock the squad? United way?

Not really, just pointing out your dumb points you use all the time. Although with the way we've played for a long time now and with these type of results he'll get fired in the summer anyway.

Player form also has a lot to do with how comfortable they are in the tactics.~

Just seems like we are messing with the backline and strikeforce every game, the only area where there's been some stability is the midfield, we need to find a set tactic and lineup and stick with it.

Luck has nothing to do with it. Barcelona was the best team last season in every statistic almost.
