Those dark circles and bags at his eyes tell a different story.

Imagine all those sleepless nights looking in the mirror at night after another game won due to terrorism asking himself ,, who even are you anymore "

Conceding 5 against Villarreal, blaming himself for Ter Stegens marital woes probably.

"it's all your fault Xavi. Isn't it you son of a tiki taka"

Which coach did City group hired and didn't succeed? All 3 of Mancini, Pellegrini[ and Pep were great success. They support their coach in insane way and build great squads.

The question, however, why would they choose Xavi? Txiki leaving and I doubt he has much relation with Soriano, who isn't really a football guy.

They will go for Lucho or Flick before Xavi

Laugh as you want. Xavi clearly has a lot of potential. Just lack of experience/time when he was here.

He will undoubtly become much better coach with next team (like Lucho).
No way in hell City goes from the greatest manager ever to Xavi.

They’d have to be out of their minds.

Doesn’t seem like Xavi’s working hard on closing that gap.

Xavi is more likely to be in the crosshairs of PSG thanks to his connections with Al Saad in the past than Man City. The rumors during his time there PSG were following his progress as a potential option.

But that won't happen any time soon if ever with Lucho clearly there for the long haul.

The main problem with Xavi is that he wants "his project" where he is the man who has the upper hand in every decision, with good patience from the board as he can work for something for 3 or 4 years, those are both his words and actions.

The thing is, he didn't earn that trust for a club to do it.

He has pushed Planas out and was more or less of SD along Crujif here. He choose staff that was full of amateurs.

Why would any Sporting Director choose Xavi for that? When he don't know when to close his mouth? He is baby Conte without desperate Italian clubs.

He is good coach, and he has a big potential. Both are true.
But coaching involves some politics, and Xavi absolutely fails himself there. He doesn't know how to play that game.

I don't know where he'll go, would be surprised if he went to City.

But I came wait for him to get his next job, so I can laugh at people here.

Because if you saw Barca play under Xavi and didn't see that he was a good coach with great potential, you simply don't know football.

nos liga is a bit too whack for xavi.

Needs to go do subtop/midtable team in france or germany. Then after that premier league.

Leverkusen would be nice to see.

It's so obvious that he wants to coach in the PL. His interviews make it pretty clear.

He'll get a PL job. Best case scenario: Spurs or United. Otherwise he'll probably get a club like West Ham.

I think United is his dream job. There's no other explanation for how much he mentions them recently despite having zero links to the club.
