I doubt Valverde's fanboys even believe what they say most of the time. It's just ragebait for the most part.

If they do believe it then they're just retarded. No other way around it.

Xavi had a lot of flaws and made some very poor decisions. Emotional decisions. I'll however put it down to him being inexperienced and simply having a staff full of yes men instead of experienced assistants who would hold him accountable and offer valuable advice. Which is the most important step for Xavi if he want to succeed in his next job. He need proper guidance and help. Every manager does. Even guys like Klopp and Pep, and Lucho has his great staff as well.

Valverde for what it's worth is a good manager, but at clubs like Barcelona you should always strive for the best. Ernie did some good things, but those Roma and Liverpool ties are shameful. He was reactive, froze and was simply clueless when under pressure. Didn't have a strong enough personality to control the dressing room nor make proper demands to the board despite his vast experience. Didn't seem particularly interested in developing players either or get personally involved or interested with the younger guys in the squad.

Some men are just not made for jobs like these. A lot of examples like that. Can look no further than Niko Kovac who is a good manager, but didn't work at Bayern.

You are so dumb it hurts

I won’t bother replying seriously I’ll just quote Laporta

“ it’s not on the manager it’s on the board to develop youth at a grassroots level”

The only decent youth player Araujo Valverde promoted to the first team.

Sorry he didn’t play the likes of Malcom, Mina, Alena and other trash you guys begging him to play.

A coach that’s most known for a club that can only play basque players can’t develop youth?

DonTard

Want some quotes from actual football people?

“ Valverde is the best Spanish coach”
Enrique

“ Valverde is the best coach for Barcelona”
Pep

“ It wasn’t the coach who was responsible it was the players, we gave a shameful performance”
Messi
