For the record, ETH is an excellent B team manager. He is gonna be at his very best if he takes a step back and joins a club with a locker-room that is easier to handle.

Now if he does take United to compete for EPL title with United and Arsenal, then this would be quite impressive.

What a clueless helpless poster!

Xavi has managed to prove a C-team manager so far. And I doubt he can succeed even at a club like Ajax.
Only because of his priviledge, and Laporta's idiocy, he was given the chance to sit at a bench like Barca's

people like ETH, on the contrary, EARN these chances by their fucking WORK

GET A GRIP

To manage a big club that is adamant about competing for the big trophies... you need a lot of charisma.

Charisma means power of leadership. It is helping you immensely, not to be liked and followed by the part of the squad that is made from calmer personalities. That is going to happen either way, simply because you hold an influential position. But by the big personalities, the so-called rebels that are in every team. Those will not follow you if you lack the "it" factor.

Charisma gives you only good speeches if you can't string basics of football together from a tactical POV

We have a new manager and Birdy is too busy foaming and frothing about Xavi rather than supporting the new manager and club.

Put Opta Van Birdy out of his misery please

I didn't start this.
It's your new best buddy Serghei that constantly brings up Xavi, especially in comparison to proper coaches like ETH
he still hasn't admitted he was wrong and apologized after 2.5 years

You realize that what you rip Xavi for (whining), you're the number 1 exponent of on this forum?

Imagine demanding apologies over 2.5 years on a football forum while being wrong on your takes countless times.

I know Serghei rates Xavi as a coach, out of curiosity, do you?

Pep should have probably left after this season as well. Would have been the perfect ending for him, leaving together with Klopp as well.

City will probably spend loads of money this summer, but who knows what will happen with those charges they have pending. Might also be a burn-out factor at play here for him.

After beating the record for most consecutive EPL wins this season (4), he probably wants to win the CL again next season before he goes
He wants to leave on a high
