He does very little! I think Xavi makes some alibi decisions, letting some players play even though they don't play well or are imposing themselves. A lot of the midfield especially are allowed to just jog around a bit aimlessly too much, I'd had hoped to see some more sharpness and timing to the midfield movements in particular under Xavi.
Nico is a very big talent, but he needs time and he needs guidance.

It's really easy to fix this problem imo and we all know what should be done. But won't happen anytime soon.
