Messi hitting 54% this season, with 3,76 succesful dribbles per 90, better than Ney, Vini, Mbappe and Dumbele in both metrics:messi:

And this at 35 years, getting slower with each passing day as BBZ would say.

Raphinha has 44% but he rarely attempts to dribble.
Dembele has almost same dribble success rate as Khvicha as both slightly above 29%
Ferran has 36% too,but again rarely attempt it. Fati is at 50% but again even fewer attempts.
Arguably best winger in Liga atm (Vinicius) and best winger/am in the world (Neymar) has 40% and 35% at high volume

What matters is less the success % of dribbles, but the 'successful dribbles per 90' a player gives you.

In that respect,
Kvara gives 1.96 per 90' same as Neymar, just below Vini with 2.59 per 90'

Agree with feggydino, Dembele for some reason this season has the same successful dribbles per 90 as Ferran...

I'm not a fan of Dembele, but it could possibly be explained by our wingers basically having to face two players being out so wide and our FBs being useless in attack or providing support.

Villarato!
Attempts at dribbling are just as important as success rate in context where there are no other dribblers in squad. Something that's more true for RM than Barca, but still. Vini regularly had most attempted dribbles even if he cocked them up and this is why he was the biggest asset RM had on the wing during Hazard absence. He is the first guy since Di Maria that had the courage to become as much a menace as he did.
If you look at success rate alone you'll be quick to only praise dudes who do it 5-7 times per game, but are otherwise passive.
