What is actually Jude's best position? Free roaming #10?

I'm reading more and more English opinions that he should be dropped for the NT, not because he's a bad player in a vacuum but because he's hard to fit into proper tactics without sacrificing others.

He is a box to box, at best when he is free roaming (I mean that where almost every player with attacking talent will play his best) but he can be very good in a more conservative role.
He lacks ability to be controlling midfielder and doesn't have one to hide that

Nah best as an AM/10 with freedom to move and get in box as much as can.

He is too big to be effective as box to box and looks gassed when tried it not great when gets ball deep there either in terms of calming game/tempo when needed.

Pogba has 5x the technical ability of Smellingham. His range of passing and long shot ability are things that Bellingham simply does not have.
