I am not defending them I am arguing against them and would not lose an ounce of sleep if they were to be removed.

I dont doubt for a second Rosell could be a shady character. The system that elects presidents at Barca will almost always result in someone with those tendencies.

Laporta never destroyed the club but he came quite close before Pep came in and changed things. Pep changed things at the club that Laporta had no intention of addressing.

Interesting that you dont care about abuse of power then.

Laporta was saved by Pep and the standard of the first team dropped far lower than at any time recently. While they neglected a b team to one of its lowest league standings in 20 years and were planning on knocking down the Ministadi.

While the top players in their primes were out of control.

Pep saved Laporta big time when he was managing the club poorly and it was in a worse state than now.
