Frankly it is the opposite, we were the last club to show interest in him.
Arsenal, Juve & BVB all held talks with his agent in January, Milan & Newcastle too this summer.
Fresneda and Arnau are probably Spain's future in the RB position, at least till someone else pop up (maybe Marc Pubill of Levante).

He isn't good enough yet, but he has the all around game and potential to be a solid starting RB in a big club.

For a low gamble (less than 15M) he is worth it.

According to Sport Deco wants to sign Fresneda and send him on loan. Good plan, let's see what we can do.

The idea is to try to reach a transfer agreement - it is already very close - and give up the player. A lot of top-level teams in Europe are waiting for the operation to take place to qualify for a loan and the shots can go around in the next few days. Deco knows that if he doesn't sign Fresneda now, the player will go to a top club in the Premier, which would also give him away, and it would be impossible to opt for him in the future.
