Cal, Goverment.

But anyway let's not get into that...

Anyway legend of a snooker player, many people won't forget his matches with Davies

Fair enough, everyone has their own opinion on Iraq, many non-Iraqis share yours. As long as you aren't one of those who heckles the troops, those people are scum and should have been deported instantly.

Try picking up a cue Pippo and then belittle it as not a sport.

Schumacher's demolition job on the French attacker Battiston during the '82 World Cup.

Well Moe did say 'significant, memorable or iconic'! And to certain people it'd be at least memorable. :p
Dont think that this is iconic at all. Its just disgraceful. Very disgraceful.

Sad part is that Schumacher is from my hometown. It even goes so far that his former wife (of the 80ies) was best friend with one of my best friends mum. The world is small ... really ...

It's not really comparing though, it's just pictures which are iconic relative to the sport and/or country that it has to do with.

Its just putting geometry into practice, its not a sport. Any high school mathematics pupil could master it.

Sport isn't all about the physical.

Sport is an activity that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively. Sports commonly refer to activities where the physical capabilities of the competitor are the sole or primary determinant of the outcome (winning or losing), but the term is also used to include activities such as mind sports (a common name for some card games and board games with little to no element of chance) and motor sports where mental acuity or equipment quality are major factors. Sport is commonly defined as an organized, competitive and skillful physical activity requiring commitment and fair play. Some view sports as differing from games based on the fact that there are usually higher levels of organization and profit (not always monetary) involved in sports. Accurate records are kept and updated for most sports at the highest levels, while failures and accomplishments are widely announced in sport news.

No it's not, because you have to be able to do the physical part too. It doesn't matter if you know your angles, if you can't cue properly or have no positional sense then you'll be useless. It's far more comlex than simple maths. It's one of the most tactical sports around.
