You must be one of the people that thought the same about Bartomeu in 2015 when the team was also doing great.
If you were a soci back then, you would have voted for him, based on the 2015 treble and Lucho's team.

While in reality that moron was slowly destroying the club

Such short-sightedness, lack of nuance, and inability to critically assess, is like a plague in the fanbase
Man pipe down. Bartomeu and Rosell got handed a healthy Barcelona club with the GOAT and proceeded to ruin it. Under Laporta, we would’ve won even more champions league and wouldn’t be this hobbled in the transfer market. They had Messi, a cheat code, and somehow still failed the test. I give them no credit for spending obscene amounts of money to get superstars when Barca was at its peak. People like them are why I appreciate a president who loves the club like Laporta even more

You don't know what 'would' have happened, and it's pointless to argue like that

I just debunked with an example your point about the 'team doing well' supposedly means something about the president and the board

An interesting detail, looking at today's photos of Laporta meeting the team in the match preparation room, to announce his resignation for the election. I haven't noticed before, but on the entire wall are huge photos of Barca lifting CL trophies.
I don't know if they were always there, but Flick is known for his motivational tricks, so I wouldn't be surprised, if it's a direct order from him to put them on the wall, so the players can get a feeling of pride during the last talk and preparation before a game.

Didn't expect anything different from "psychological health experts". Araujo keeps complaining and making himself a victim and now his manager also reinforces this belief.

Nice. Very healthy and competitive outlook and leadership quality needed from a man who said he is ready to be captain.

A joke. And it's on Barca and their fans.

Truth
So Lucho buried his career. Cold.
El puto amo, Don Hansi Flick. Damn, that was some show tonight - loved it, he openly took not one but several shots (two at RM alone 🤣) including what was clearly a shot at Lucho

There’s the substance of his anger which I loved on its own but it was the energy, I think he was even pissed at the club translator for interrupting his flow but was graceful in regaining his footing. I loved the responsibility he accepts and the passion with which he exulted

I was blown away really

Me, I think there’s something to how Araujo went through some unimaginable abuse to him & his family and somehow Lucho had some role in it…to what degree who knows but no question Flick didn’t hide what he thinks and for someone who isn’t prone to being emotional in pressys, he had something to say and didn’t mince words

The RM slap was hilarious, I mean he batted them back twice and the 2nd time was openly showing disdain for RMs unsporstmanshjp and lack of respect to opponents. He didn’t hide what his earlier reference was alluding to, he spelled it out…did not back down but doubled down. El puto amo

 What is this bullshit? What the fuck? How come the mental health affects bums like Araujo and Andre Gomes. I'll tell you why, because they don't have the quality to play at the level they are expected to play.

Best thing you can do for their mental health is send them on their way to a place where they can enjoy football. At a mid table club, where you don't face constant pressure, and exigence is at best 5% of what it is at a top 5 club.

They are pro footballers expected to play football at a very high level. The only reason they have mental problems is because they aren't good enough. Everybody has some type of mental problems anyway, bad temper, some shyness, not being cool under pressure, and so on. This isn't anything new that is partial to likes of Araujo. He's just not good enough to deal with them.

It does concern the club when a player has mental problems triggered by a poor ability to play football at a good enough level. It's a very good and reliable sign that you need to get rid of him.
