Starting to think the players are taking the conceded goals very lightly. We have turned around games so many times under Flick, nobody really cares or reacts if we concede, just business as usual.
That's what worries me against the big sides. Most teams are guaranteed to score against us without too much effort. These comebacks cannot be counted on game after game against best teams.

Conceding is okay if we were at least 1 or 2 goals up but somehow we ALWAYS concede first and early in these kind of games. It makes no sense. At some point you'd think the players would actively learn to be extra focused in the first 10 minutes but no.
