As shite as Ferran was.. at leats at CF he offers than run in behind in games likes this. They surely have to look away from Lewa soon or will get same results.

Lewa was a non entity v Newcastle high line, none entity when came on v PSG, non entity today.

I would go Ferran CF with Rash off bench in games like this and a least try to have at least a percieed threat teams have to think about.

Would go Olmo at AM and tell him to play as a pause/link up player and a bit deeper and then Raphinha at LW.

Cant keep going with same approach up top in these games and seeing it fail.

Yamal himsef was poor...

But imagine playing with someone like Kounde behind you and then an old man at CF who cant make runs for you.

If Barca dont address that could well see him getting very pissed off with it soon enough.

Chelsea's press was impressive after the red card. They choked Barca's gameplay in the second half, right until the final whistle.

It's not what Barca are used to in La Liga.

I think there is still and element of arrogance from La Liga teams towards EPL and a long out dated idea of beig far superior technically.

Barca are not adjusting much for these games and still think like of Lewa can cope and Barca will be good enough to take over game and ball up park.

When reality hits they look stunned.

For all those people blaming Flick, read the article below.

I've always said Barca has a culture problem. There are too many divisions within the club and any success brings about complacency.
If Flick is sacked he will just be a scapegoat for the failings of others. Viiz Barto, Laporta, Deco and the rest of the clowns.

There has never been a far superiority in football. Most of teams play the same football.

If you watch Rayo Vallecano - Real Sociedad game and compare it to Sunderland - Leeds, you won't see difference in the tempo or style.

The arrogance comes from La Liga dominating in international competitions in the last 15 years, and EPL claiming to be the NBA of football. Because EPL gets all the big money.

Getting fucking sick of seeing Balde and Cubarsi keeping teams just onside.

Mr Flick you have to fix it.

Even today without the extreme high line x2 goals it happened on.

Years ago there was a clear difference in technical ability of La Liga teams against EPL ones across the board.

It has log passed but seems like Barca still believe it the way set up.

Thus the reason EPL invested in Pep and Klopp to shaken up things after Sir Alex/Wenger. The goal is England to finally win the World Cup. Don't get fooled.

Perspective is also required. Liverpool, Utd and City have spent big and are still struggling. Chelsea are essentially football human trafficker and have spent a ridiculous amount too. They haven't won a serious trophy.
We struggle to register players and we won a domestic treble and managed a CL semi last season.
Flick is essentially relying on a motley group of leftovers and youngsters. No money to spend and the usual bs with club politics.
I would love to see what Lucho would do in the current situation, given he's the club saviour according to some posters here.
