Chelsea showed against Arsenal how you play with 10 men.

Meanwhile they made us look like it was 11 versus 8.

We are just so inconsistent and miles off where Flick wants us to be and where we can be. And there's no money to give the squad a much needed injection like Kvara.

It's not good but it's basically Flicks frustrations shining through.

Was an easy win but must be infuriating seeing that level of effort and structural play from guys like Casado, Olmo and lesser so Bernal when you are given a golden opportunity to start.

People still talking about Xavi??

Xavi had us parking the bus against teams with 1 tenth of our budget. We got outplayed by teams but were bailed out by Ter Stegen off all people. We got beaten by Frankfurt and Utd in the Europa league. Add to that his tantrums and meltdowns.
Flick is frustrated due to multiple issues. Injuries, motivation, consistent mistakes, last season success, lack of funds, etc
Also our overhyped academy has only produced one gem and that's Yamal. The rest are just squad players. Are Balde, Gavi, Casado, Bernal, Cubarsi etc going to make it into the first 11 of Chelsea, Arsenal, Bayern, City etc????

Well done Mister, leading ll again !

Now he has to win next games in cl and we look good.

Last season during this time we couldnt win the matches so we see already an improvement this season.

In Hansi we trust 💯🔥

He’ll overcome it. That’s what happens when you care too much about your work, we’ve all felt that frustration when everything seems to go wrong, even though you’re doing everything right. In those moments, patience is key. The results will come eventually

Those two aren't making us win that game much more If any at all more comfortably than we did yesterday, especially in the 2nd half.

He's just looking for an excuse if that's what he said.

Literally beat Alaves last season with Pedri and FDJ playing and with more control than Saturday once Casado was hooked at HT.

Dont let truth get in the way though.

Acting like Barca had complete control in 2nd half is utter nonsense... they were all over shop in last 10/15 minutes and dont get to ignore first half either.

Casado was atrocious was bullied all game...and folk like to moan about FDJ passing ball forward.. Casado made ONE progressive pass all game.. ONE... against Alaves.

Casado also set up the one goal they did score at start of game and tried to repeat that with a second assist for them in last ten minutes.

I was afraid jamrock was going to do this. Dismissing that defense never looked as diabolical as yesterday.

Remember peepz saying it would be tough cause Real wouldn’t drop points against minnows.

Still, that would not make me optimistic yet, given the schedule ahead:

We have to play Atletico H, and 3 very tough away ones until early January: Betis A, Villareal A, Espanyol A

During the same period Madrid has only one difficult, the next one at Bilbao A and then piss easy games until late January

I don’t see Real drop points against Bilbao honestly.

Bilbao has enough of that eagerness to go forward but not be strong enough, for Real to play comfortably against them.

It’s sides that think that have to play very defensively that get Real out of rhythm and frustrated. And if not the team has to match Real in strength somewhat.
