Ebrima Tunkara

I think he looks very raw still. His touch and and decision pretty unreliable. Far from the level of focus needed at the first team. Think it'll be at least a few years at least. But very interesting still.

Truth
One to watch is all I can say, everyone's development curve will differ so I wouldn't compare his progression to anyone - only that he has the whole package plus elite mentality & humility

I read a lot of projections and while its true that he is an atypical sort of developing player at Barça, more of a physical CAM like Essien or Yaya, he is just 15 and 1.78m (Dad is 2m) - will he grow more? Will he become even more imposing when already riding challenges vs players at least 2 years older?

ArsenKve who has been covering Masia talents for years on social media compares Tunkara to Mohhamed Kudus

Meanwhile, Nomoko who is 2 years older is impressing while he too remains not quite 1st team ready for his debut

What I do find interesting is how Alvaro Cortes hasn't really been mentioned much or called up considering the central defense depth issues + he is left footed

He hasnt been all that amazing when played for Juv A yet let alone being expected to jump up levels.

Can change quickly but on one extreme have Yamal and other have Guille who hasnt progressed as most would have expected so far when both playing for Atletic side at 15.

Juvenil A seem to have been propped by their midfield goal output while the attacking third hasn't been productive this term. I guess that is why apart from the raw potential, that they decided to nab Ajay and the Damm lad for the team this season.

Tunkara wouldn't be the first that does better at a higher level. But at the same time, doesn't seem we should go too fast with him. By comparison the club has been much slower to Kluivert (and respect to he and his dad for not pushing things YET, considering he was basically Lamine level as a 12 year old), and he is starting to look a player.

Kluivert has had some decent finishes when been at CF this season but he is 19 in September and out of contract in a few months.

Most likely will leave.

Cant see him being offered a big contract to stay and not having what would probably be seen as better options elsewhere to try and progress.

Shame doesnt have his dads height and doesnt look better wide player than have.

He has never been anywhere near as rated as Yamal though. There have been a lot higher rated players than Kluivert before even get to how Yamal was seen.

Barca were thinking they had the 'next Messi' when he was a child with Yamal. I am sure even Abidal was speaking about him.

Yeah, I went to his Promesas tourney with Yamal, Bernal, Cuba and the rest, and Kluivert was up there with Lamine. Obviously Lamine developed a ton quicker and had a much higher ceiling. But I'd selfishly like to see him continue and think he can reach a decent level on a slower development curve.

One that if sticks around should reallly get out on loan in LaLiga2 or so next year. Something like with Cuenca (who had to go and get bloody injured first game but alas).

Kluivert hasnt been rated up there with Yamal he just hasnt been at any point.

His brother developed a bit slower and probably hit his peak in last couple seasons.

Best for him to leave probably but has had some decent finishes this season.
