From start of knockouts, the Qatari club led by Lucho & Inter looked like the strongest clubs in the competition after Barça - Even now, clear Barça were superior to Inter, just unlucky. A final vs Lucho would’ve been interesting, now I care little about final outcome, only for a good match

Heading to the Alps for the weekend

The only reason for me to watch tonight is a hate watch for PSG not winning it. If the dirty pile of Qatari money wins it after Abu Dhabi, another big part of the football soul dies. If as a result Dembele wins the Ballon D'Or, it'll be a nightmare season for football in general.

So, obviously Qatar will win tonight. Inter is the typical underdog that beats the favourites only to fuck it up in the last game.

I always watch the CL final no matter who plays. It's the most high profile single match apart from World Cup and Euro finals. Sure, some finals are better than others, especially when two attacking minded teams face each other... but it's still a high stakes game, with potential drama that is worth the watch.

I hate PSG as a club but their current team is good and mostly likeable, also led by a manager I love

PSG earned their place here, fully. People hate them for their tinpot history but histories are constantly made. PSG just played it smart this year, bringing Doue, Kvara, Neves. It's not like they brought some world superstars so you can say it's unfair. They built a great team and deserve to win this competition

City have built great teams too. Doesn't change what they stand for. This is the exact definition and intention of sportwashing.

PSG didn't build much but acquired through Qatar funds. Inter built. Mostly a cheaper team elevated by talent.

PSG management got tired of their pampered stars that didn't bring CL success, and after buying them for many hundreds of millions and stroking their ego for years in a row, they scraped that plan and threw another hundreds of millions to go route B.

Not much to root for.

You’re not wrong, but PSG is going to win it sooner or later for the first time.

Might as well be now with Luis Enrique at the helm. And PSG winning it as soon as Mbappe left would be funny.

Hell, even the French players PSG have were the product of other French teams. Even City had Foden who was a key player for them and was brought from their youth ranks.
