I haven't watched him much, besides the final, so I can say much, other than he had an awesome game.

Vergara said that these players (giovani and forgot the other guy thats a reaerve there) will leave like chicharito, not vela.
(Meaning they will play with chivas first then maybe move to Europe)

Would be cool to have another fellow Mexican in the ranks of Barca.

I too only really saw him in the latter rounds of the U-17s, he definitely had a great tournament though. He does remind me a little of Carlos Vela, hopefully not in his personal life.

I know it's a bit premature, but I think he has the potential to be as good or better than Chicharito. He's got good pace, can finish and create. He's 16, and he's already as tall as Chich and has room to grow. The kid has all the intangibles to be a great player. I say sign him up!
