Yeah I think they'll be a couple weeks late, but not more than 6-7 weeks.

Laporta will just blame the city that won't allow the opening even if it won't be meeting the standards. He already knows it won't be ready for Gamper, they are just lying.

100,000 people need to make it out safe in case something happens - there will be checks after checks if everything is according to regulation. Only that procedure will take 3,4 or maybe even 5,6 weeks. They might finish around when LL starts - but than add at least 5-6 weeks.
