Did you send those stats to Laporta a year ago? That would explain the 4-year Lewa's contract ;)
7 goals in 7 CL semifinals looks cosmic but 4 of them were in the BVB vs Real match, over a decade ago. The guy has scored 3 goals at this level in the last 10 seasons. How many times Lewa have been gamechanger in important CL matches? Bayern's 8 seasons with Lewa 1 CL final, last 8 seasons without him 3 finals.

I don't want to mattress you but we will have soon Lewadnowski in World Cup form.
This season 11.9 xg, 9 goals. efficiency 75%.

World Cup stats of 3 players with a similar number of chances per game:
Lewa (2x, 7 games), 630 min, 2 goals, 0.29 golas/90, 0.61 xg/90, eff 47%
Kane (2x, 11), 974 min, 8 goals, 0.74 goals/90, 0.64 xg/90, 116%
Mbappe (2x, 14), 1130 min, 12 goals, 0.96 goals/90, 0.61 xg/90, 157%

It's Fati the donkey.

No need to reason with him.

Dude nobody said Lewa is the best player of all time, there is a difference between acting like he was a average player during his whole career and admiting he was class in his prime. I would always take prime Suarez over prime Lewa but after he is on tier 2 striker level like Aguero, Ibra, Kane. That's it dude. Also it's a big challenge to change the club and going to a stronger league and still perform ( in his first season), we have guys who have gone to a much weaker french league and got exposed without a worldclass team :poop:

Difference is that the guy who went to the French League didn't want to leave the club, so mentally, he wasn't prepared for the move.

Plus with Covid and injuries, unfortunately he couldn't hit the ground running.

Lol no way on Earth is Lewandowski on tier 2. Haha even if you like Peak Suarez more, Lewandowski's overall career still exists and record at every level speaks for itself.

This forum is extremely knee-jerk and ignorant as always. Lewandowski being finished/crap at this age doesn't change his entire career. We have seen all players in history decline infront of us. It's natural and doesn't erase their entire career lmao.

This forum has always been "flavour of the season" but this is weird even by those standards.

And about yesterday's game: I thought he was decent. Better than other attackers and Gundogan who was playing the Lampard role. The clear chances yesterday fell for the other attackers who couldn't finish/refused to square it for a tapin. The low xG chances he got, he had genuine efforts saved by the goalkeeper.

Bigger picture for Barcelona, yes it looks like he's finished. Should get rid.
