How can it be Barca could not sell anyone and have a worse squad than if they were allowed to sell with 1:1 and have same finances but a better side.. potentially.

Exactly, rules might be fine in non Covid environment. Yet they don't take that into account which is madness. Barca has one of the highest revenues in the world and can't sign Gavi. Haha. I mean it's truly ridiculous..
