That would be awful, the idiots would just send him on loan with us paying his salary. He'll stay at least another season and he should. He could prove haters wrong.

Reports coming out, that if he is not a starter in Flick's mind, he would look for an exit.
He better start looking asap, also for us to have time to secure another CB. Flick is not stupid enough simply "promising" this guy being a starter - he's simply not what we're looking for in Flick's system. He has shitloads of speed, but very little football-IQ and technique.

It all depends if we can get a decent fee for him. Highly unlikely.
Also not many class defenders in the market these days, anything good is likely going to cost upward of 50m

What we can do is get a class RB, which can be had for ~30m, and shift Kounde to CB.
But I don't think the Deco would do that.

Various reports that we would accept an offer of 35 million euros for Araujo + an offer of 10m or more for Gerard Martin this August.

Best sellers ITW.

You got fuckin Todibo going for more than what we would accept for Araujo, says it all doesn't it.
35mil is criminal. Yes I don't rate him as highly as before, but as a mid PL team id buy him instantly for that price and next season sell to United for 80mil. The easiest print ever.

We could sell him for 20M and the usual suspects on here would still queue up, jerking Laporta off with both hands, while trying their best to convince themselves, unsuccessfully, that he is some kind of genius that can go toe to toe with a competent businessman and president like Florentino.
