Yeah, maybe one player like that, not 3-4. Top teams are usually formed with mature players not an abundance of kids. Also, Bellingham is not your normal talented kid you develop, he is a 100m+ player. Dortmund already did most of the developing part, a service for which they billed Madrid for 120m.

Yes but this has always been the culture of Barca. Barca for a long time has been a club which found success in its youth system as opposed to other big clubs who mostly buy their best players.

Xavi is doing a good job continuing that philosophy.
