In his first two seasons he was consistently one of our best players and had a huge part in winning La Liga under Xavi. Last season is one to forget of course. The problem was always the chronic ankle issue which we hope he fixed in last season. I have a lot more hope that Christensen will stay fit than Olmo.

I think it's a mistake to rely on him this season and we should have signed a CB.

Nevertheless, for the sake of next season, he gotta stay healthy. Not just for CB depth, but also to keep Araujo off the field.

We have the whole season to see if he fixed his injuries or not. If he didn't then just don't offer him a renewal.

It's not like Deco is able to get a big transfer fee for him this summer.
