14 - Marcus Rashford

He's been good and helpful so far but honestly, at least from what we've seen so far, it would make no sense to pay 40M for him. There are probably better options in the market if we want to reinforce LW, for that money and on those wages

I don't know if there are some good LWs in the academy or to get on free, just stick to it and focus on priorities - striker, centre back, fullback

Nasser would help us massively if he takes Rashy.

We need the funds and ffp margin to strengthen our defence. Not a shiny toy who doesn’t press.

So many games played and still yet to develop any meaningful connection with Balde's game, worrying sign

Barcelona have a €35M option to make Rashford’s loan from #mufc permanent but Paris Saint-Germain are preparing a €50M bid to blow the deal apart and bring him to Paris [@FichajesNet]

"According to reports from Spanish outlet Fichajes. PSG manager Luis Enrique is personally driving the interest, viewing Rashford as a versatile attacker to bolster their squad post-Kylian Mbappé."

Another trash source, come on man

He is not bad but for his wages and the agreed upon fee .. I"m almost sure barca wont activate .. at best perhaps barca will low ball manunited into accepting a free transfer to free them of the player.

It's not a bad loan so far, very important for squad depth. And I reckon in big CL matches he might make difference against tired legs. He was balling against PSG last season in QF

🚨 BREAKING: The MOST LIKELY SCENARIO IS that Marcus Rashford WILL NOT CONTINUE at #FCBarcelona once his loan ends. [@polballus] 🥇🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿❌

Great stuff.

Of course he won't continue lol. Have you guys looked at his work off the ball in pressing and in covering his zone? Very very weak.

Unless you're fucking Messi or Ronaldinho, you run your socks off at this team. Rashford is nowhere near good enough on the ball to tolerate his abysmal workrate off it.

We're talking about a Memphis Depay level player here or slightly under. Good, but not good enough to look past his laziness.

Good loan, bad buy.

The scenario where you need a player like Rashford for the team we try to build is basically from the bench in games like Inter after Frattesi scored for 4-3 in ET. Full on attack against a team that is defending in numbers and is waiving off their attacking plans. Then his ability to score an individual goal from long range, his set piece delivery or even his 1vs1 ability can make a difference.

He is a luxury at this point we can't afford. Pure squad player for certain moments in difficult games. Can't spend money for that when you have so many holes in defense you need to fill. Unless we are retarded.
