13 - Iñaki Peña

Did well at the end. Was reliable when had to come on the pitch instead of Tek. Although some doubts remain if he can perform in the biggest matches - meaning the UCL play off stage. But so far so good. Reliable, not too many mistakes. But no great saves either. He hasn't had a game when you could tell that the game was won thanks to his performance.

No justification to play the Pole ahead of Iñaki so hopefully the cantera kid will get his act together

After yesterday\s match, he is probably the 1 GK choice for Barca. Hard to tell if it is good or not. Tek messed up but was good overall. The main test will be UCL play-off games. Pena needs to step up for those games if he wants to challenge Ter Stegen for the number one spot in the future.

People overrate his ball playing skills. For a short Catalan Barca GK his passing is very average.

"Iñaki Peña is struggling emotionally after being relegated to the bench by Flick. He hasn't received any explanation from the coach and feels there are no valid sporting reasons for the decision. Flick had previously publicly said that Peña would remain the starter unless he made a mistake, following Ter Stegen's injury. Despite this setback, Iñaki remains determined and plans to work even harder to reclaim his position." @sport
