Man, we are so fucking back. Nobody, and I mean nobody can deny that they are not absolutely loving this drama. Give me this over some boring, shit, well run club any day of the week. :barcascarf:

Supporting a football club is like being in a relationship. Who wants the perfect woman? Where is the fun in that? It's living with and dealing with the imperfections that's the fun part.

Eternally proud we are the most talked about club in world football today all because of a fucking medical report . Kris Jenner is looking at us right now in admiration.

Even when we lose, we win.

Vika Barsha till the fucking end. :barcaflag:

Obviously the injured player has to agree if the entire thing depends on his signature.

No one have ever thought before to use a signature referring to consent on medical information to be used as a leverage against FFP allowance by LL to Barcelona

Of course, the fatty and his circus are responsible for letting everything get leaked to the press, and even average Joe knowing the financial strategy of the club this summer regarding FFP

PS: But as I said the loophole will close soon after this shitshow.
Clubs will now add to the contracts of players clauses of consent to share their medical info with LL under any circumstances

Stegen is not the first player in football who's time is up and whose club decided they need to move on. Casillas got ditched by Madrid and he was a far far bigger legend than Stegen. He went to Porto when the club told him they want to move on and that his time reached to an end.

You're defending Stegen for something that happens at big clubs. Big clubs are ruthless like that. That's how they stay at the top for so long.

Oh no, poor Stegen and shite. Your time is up, you go to a different club and continue your career. You still get paid what you're owed to date, that was never an issue.

This is not personal. Nobody has a thing for him. He's just another player that was upgraded with someone younger and better.
How many players have been through this as soon as their deferred wages come due as a wage increase? Kind of magical how this happens when those increases come into effect.
Laporta has shown his management style both this and during his run and it isn't and wasn't pretty. He got a near vote of no confidence the first go around. Lot's of Romanticism around him but I have little doubt that what triggered this was more of his antics.

The funny thing is, he announced before the surgery was even over that he'll only be out for "Three Months." He had his procedure done and didn't want anyone in the club by his choice to attend and now he doesn't want sign off on the reports because of privacy.

Fair enough, but it opens up questions about "So what are you hiding then?" If it's three months, then okay we can't use the rules to try and register Joan Garcia then and we'll have to go a different direction.

His motives are pretty clear; he was told that there's no way he'll be fit and ready to go in three months so he's trying his hardest to hide behind privacy laws so we cannot register Garcia in the league.

I won't go into the topic of "Is he hiding anything from his Employer that could be damaging enough for him to get sued" because I have no fucking idea on how that shit works because I'm not a fucking lawyer.

I think the legal aspect isn't what's going to hurt Stegen, it's probably the idea that we'll end up registering Garcia and Tek anyway due to other means and he just ended up destroying any reputation he had with the majority of the fanbase which many still adore him on a local level and he'll end up being outcasted by Flick.

It's his choice to do this especially if he's being protected by privacy laws. But the fallout of all this, especially if Garcia and Tek end up being registered in the end cannot be avoided at this point. The relationship between the club and him is basically over at this point even if he sits and rots in the stands for the next 3 years.

It sounds stupid and petty, but we've seen too many whispers and stories over the years and the last few months, regardless of whether some of it was a leak by the club that he fucking hates any sort of competition for the GK spot.

He wants to fuck over his main competition, Garcia and Tek, and also give the board one in the process. I disagree earlier with Serghei's reply, I do believe he's doing everything he can to sabotage the registrations of Garcia and Tek because he's arrogant enough that he can walz right back in and force Flick into playing him because there's no other options as both of them cannot play.

He doesn't give a rats ass if Rashford gets registered or not. It's all about trying to kneecap his main competition for the number 1 spot.
