Wtf am I not getting? LL needs to know for how long he'll be out, minimum of 4 months before we can de-register him, he doesn't want to disclose that info? How the fucking fuck is this even possible for us, LL, FFP etc? I mean from a legal point of view, it's not like nobody thought about a bitter (ex)player wanting to fuck over his club out of pettiness - or???

Nobody thought until now, because no idiot until how had ever thought 'Let's not consent my medical info to be sent to LL'

Simple as that.
The loophole will close soon after this case

So they don't need to know, except for such crucial aspects as registration. Is this some kind of Shrodinger thing?

Which means he doesn't given consent to work for what he is paid for and for which he should be fired in normal world.

Registration of some other guy. Not his registration. Think of it as doing the club a favor. Injured player gives his consent so that his club could be allowed by La Liga to temporarily register a replacement while he's out and recovering.

Normally it should work fine. But when said injured player is out of favour with the club, and the player Stegen is supposed to help being registered is in fact his permanent replacement... you can see how it can get tricky.

Out of all the speculation and hypotheses I think yours are wrong. That's like the second thing you think of while crafting procedures like these.
Like I said, all and everybody should calm their titties before we get some "real" facts. This is mostly bullshit - except that Stegen is a fuckwhore, every knew that already.

They will find a way to register them regardless.

It’s just that this option was the easiest when it became seemingly available.

You don’t think the club have any leverage? I guess it all depends on whether ter Stegen cares or is desperate to start for Germany or not as he has suggested in the past.

Nagelsmann has said publicly that he needs to play to be the #1 and if that the case the club can essentially end his dream by not letting him leave in January unless its on their terms.

Wouldn’t it then be in his interest to play nice and find common ground to leave.
I said all the leverage, not some.

In 2023 when Stegen signed his extension and defferd wages to help the club register players he was a good guy. Now he gets trashed trough "reports" by so called journalists and called petty and a cunt.

I truly hope he takes the club to the cleaners. At least he'll rightfully be called a cunt and we end this chapter. :mou:

Stegen is not the first player in football who's time is up and whose club decided they need to move on. Casillas got ditched by Madrid and he was a far far bigger legend than Stegen. He went to Porto when the club told him they want to move on and that his time reached to an end.

You're defending Stegen for something that happens at big clubs. Big clubs are ruthless like that. That's how they stay at the top for so long.

Oh no, poor Stegen and shite. Your time is up, you go to a different club and continue your career. You still get paid what you're owed to date, that was never an issue.

This is not personal. Nobody has a thing for him. He's just another player that was upgraded with someone younger and better.

MD claimed we tried contacting him again today but he has ignored phone calls.

There's going to be a legal battle but at this point we'll have to go the regular route in getting Joan registered.

Not sure Mats can go into hiding without serious repercussions at this point.

I know, right?! This is not something outside of circumstances that happens with at an elite club.

Doesn't make sense he could, something is fishy... Just think about it - there are some checks and balances in place for this and that, one of the things is if a player gets injured all parties should have the information about it. If that shit fails, everything fails.
