Nope, he's clearly better than Inaki.
Him beeing a millionaire is irrelevant and maybe he doesnt want to go to saudi arabia. He will go if a club in europe gives him a similar wage. For example Leverkusen or Dortmund (in case they sell kobel) could go for him. His wages are not super high.
And in any case, the club has to finish the garcia deal bevor they do something else

I think it would be better if the club comminicated it properly to both ter Stegen and his agent. Sounds like there's been no comms since the season ended.
Maybe they're waiting to pay Joan Garcia's buyout clause, but it would be the best to communicate their plans properly as soon as possible about whether ter Stegen is expected to the backup, compete for the #1 spot or whether they want to move on completely.
