I remember reading Thauvin was getting 6 mil per year. My previous post might be exaggerated but it seems they at least CAN give huge wages to certain players.

The idea of having a sub 9 with a different profile like Luuk is one we should return to. His goals last season show it can disorientate the defense when you switch from the smaller, fast attackers to a big target man or vice versa. It gives you more options, unsettles the opposing defense and makes you more unpredictable.

It is a role we should fill for next season given how highly effective it's been. Maybe we could try and get Luuk for free or if not go for another similar profile.

Sevilla want 6M for him though, not worth it. And with Lewa and Auba both here we really shouldn't be going for anyone else, cause it's far from guaranteed that they'll contribute as much as Luuk has, especially in the limited time they'll have on the pitch. We have bigger fish to fry honestly, Lewa and Auba are more than enough for the next 2 years. As for Luuk, he'll most likely return back to PSV.
