LaLiga needed the external auditors or was it an appeal from Barcelona. Because everyone BUT Kounde was registered, which suggests it was an appeal against the judgement.

If LaLiga needed the auditors they would need it for all the registrations.

Which begs the question, what liability does LaLiga have to Barcelona now. We could argue the drop of points versus Rayo is because we were not allowed to play a player who should have been allowed to be registered.

In the end 2 points can be the difference between 1st and 2nd.

LL and Tebas needed auditors to review Barca's documents that have been submitted weeks ago, and they conclude everything is fine weirdly enough hours before Auba's transfer to Chelsea is announced (after which it would have been pretty obvious that Kounde could have been registered from the outgoing wages alone)
While they couldn't review the documents the past 2 weeks, so that they make sure a key player is in danger of not being registered, and that piece of news comes across globally and sends a specific message...

What kind of game Mr Tebas is playing here?

La Liga rechecking Bar?a's last economic lever and the transfer of Umtiti are what allowed Barcelona to register Kounde - with some margin as well.

Tebas and La Liga are full of shit. They have the stupidest rules in all of Europe. What difference would Umtitis transfer make, when Barca will be paying all of his wages.

Why did they check the lever again, that means Kounde could have been registered from the start, if they had done their job right. Tebas is just fucking with Barca, that madridista piece of shit.

COPE says it was nothing to do with the lever and that the departure of Umtiti/bonuses in some player's contracts being adjusted is what gave room.

The departure of Umtiti couldn't generate more than 1-2m space, while we supposedly needed 20m to register Kounde.

Tebas is fucking with us. simple as that.

There should be legal action from the club against LL 100%
These kind of games to purposefully hurt us shall not be tolerated anymore

What is designed to purposefully mislead is misreporting the 'income' from the levers for which Laporta had to go and get another loan for. Funny that.
