Well, it's not really fair to draw a conclusion from the Bayern match. He wasn't really eased into the team, he was just thrown to the wolfs and the whole team played way below par. So far Bartra has impressed on me, he just needs more experience and hopefully learn from his mistakes.

Well, I can't argue with you that Alaba is the best LB atm - but you seriously think Adriano is a terrible LB??? We are both entitled to our opinions - but just looking at the defensive game Adriano is imo miles better than Alba.

BEAST! Alba will have a hard time when he gets back, Adriano is just so much better at almost everything. If he just stays fit our defense will not suffer as much as when Alba is playing.

Maybe, maybe not. Xavi's time will be up in 2 seasons time and we really don't have such talent coming up - Sergio looks alright, but not really that special. Samper is the other one that could break through, but by the time he would be introduced Xavi will probably be retired.
