    Yaya Toure

+1 That's why the England u21's are mostly black. Youth development in this country is awful, far too much emphasis is based on physical attributes. So naturally black players who are generally better athletes make it to the top. Huddlestone is black and is a dreadful athlete so has had to be an...

    14 - Javier Mascherano

I'd much rather have Yaya than Mascherano. Masch advantages: More aggressive Reads the game better Better positioning Disadvantages: Card machine Total cock Midget No experience of La Liga/Barca system Will be very expensive Yaya advantages: Physical strength Faster (maybe not over 5 yards...

    Eric Abidal

Very annoying as Abidal has been one of our most consistent players this season. Pep will need to have a defence in mind for the Clasico and give out game time accordingly.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Lol  she's very pretty. Looks like a down to Earth girl which is the sort you'd think would suit Leo. Awesome choice for a holiday!

    Jesús Navas

That's pretty lame of Pablo, I thought he was alright. Yes he's been very good for Valencia this season, but Navas has been awesome for a few years now. He would have been called up dozens of times if it wasn't for his illness. He deserves his call up.

    DiegoMessi/Alessandro/Benjamin

Well I'll be watching you Brown, one slip and you'll be hung at dawn

    DiegoMessi/Alessandro/Benjamin

I did not imagine Chris Brown looking like that!

    DiegoMessi/Alessandro/Benjamin

Cheers for your breakdown Beast, makes things a lot clearer. trying to piece all the stuff together in my head was really confusing. It's such a weird thing to do, but on the internet you do get these sort of people. You never really know who's behind the keyboard :hmmm:

    DiegoMessi/Alessandro/Benjamin

I voted he's aight. As I'm really confused by the whole thing

    Gai Assulin

+1000 I always point to the example of Iniesta. He was brought into the side slowly, and didn't become a regular in the side until he was into his twenties. Now look at him. Not all players are able to slot straight in like Messi, he's a one off. Most others need time and experience to develop.

    David Luiz

I'd never heard of David Luiz until buying him on FM a couple days ago. After a dreadful start where he was useless he's now superb and the rock my Sevilla defence. On that basis, he'd be a top signing for Barca :D

    Yaya Toure

The defensive points matter Meta because if we're saying neither Keita or Yaya is that creative, who is better defensively? Yaya. Who is better finishing? Keita. It depends what you class as more important in that midfield role. Yaya also provides an option to pass to more than Keita. Keita just...

    Busquets or Toure

 I'm not knocking Biscuits, but he's still learning and improving his trade. I wouldn't be comfortable playing the rest of our CL ties with him protecting the defence.
  14. Cal-FCB

    Busquets or Toure

If Yaya left tomorrow we would have no quality DM - FACT. You may argue against his DM qualities Meta but he's easily among the top 10 in that position in the world, and I don't mean 10th.
  15. Cal-FCB

    Yaya Toure

Agree we need a LW. Titi's absence has forced Pep's selection midfield wise, and Andres hasn't really done that well there.
  16. Cal-FCB

    Busquets or Toure

You'll jump on anyone defending Yaya
  17. Cal-FCB

    Yaya Toure

Home to Mallorca? Midfield provided nothing attacking wise (except for Biscuits and his nice header) Away to Osasuna? Midfield was poor. Everyone knows Keita and Yaya together are a terrible mix. Noone is arguing that. But majority of Yaya's first team chances this season have been alongside...

    Yaya Toure

Exactly, Yaya has been played very intermittently so quite how he's supposed to find a rhythm and top form I don't know. Possession is built through the team, and a midfielders job first and foremost is to keep the ball and normally provide for the strikers, who's primary function is scoring...

    Busquets or Toure

Lol Redcardscherano really rolls off the tongue

    Bojan Krkić

The way he took his goals had nothing to do with the opposition. Lovely movement for the first, and the 2nd was a standard response from the keeper and he took it very confidently, which was brilliant to see. The guy is a natural goalscorer, he just needs to be given minutes to develop as an all...
