    Pedro Rodriguez

He was very impressive tonight. His goal was one of Barca's best of the season so far.

    Champions league 09-10

Sunderland have no post-war titles, and have 1 FA Cup victory in that period too. And they are bigger than Fiorentina because? Correct :beer2: was working out the scenarios earlier after the game. Kiev only move ahead of us if they better our 2-0 win at the Camp Nou the other week. So we're...

    Champions league 09-10

LOL owned. There are plenty more medium sized clubs who could listed too.

    Champions league 09-10

So Chelsea are a small club? Everton have only won 4 league titles post-war, small club? Leeds? Ridiculous criteria for the size of a club Ed.

    Champions league 09-10

I'd agree with your description of them tbh. I don't think Liverpool are a big club anymore, they don't challenge for the league title.

    Champions league 09-10

Yeh Unirea were always going to be playing with more effort tonight. Sevilla will destroy Rangers at home probably and win the group. When on form they play at a tempo and intensity that will unsettle a lot of teams IMO. Semi's ain't a bad bet chucka.
  7. Cal-FCB

    Thierry Henry

Yeh agree Chucka. Having his back to goal isn't Henry's game. He likes to turn and face the opponents with some space to run in on the left. He did a nice shift tonight in the absence of Ibra.
  8. Cal-FCB

    Sergio Busquets

Thought he was really outstanding tonight, very impressive. Inter have a physically imposing midfield and he went to to toe with them and won.
  9. Cal-FCB

    Thierry Henry

He worked hard, was probably one of our least good players tonight tbh but he still played ok. The central position didn't really suit him tbh but he used his strength well, plus an assist too.

    Champions league 09-10

LOL at Dragutinovic's OG!! I still think Sevilla could give anyone a game tbh, at home they're awesome and could beat anyone.
  11. Cal-FCB

    Thierry Henry

Damn right, especially with the injury situation of Messi and Ibra. That LW position needs to become a goal threat again.
  12. Cal-FCB

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Really hope he makes it, but what we don't want is him to be rushed back and then be missing for 2-3 weeks.
  13. Cal-FCB

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

The idea that we'd be better off against Real without Leo deserves ... He was our most dangerous player in the first half tonight. And seen as everyone was pretty shite 2nd half that makes him one of our best performers vs Bilbao.
  14. Cal-FCB

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Holy shit I hope they're exaggerating. He MUST be back for the Clasico at least. Inter will be tough but a draw isn't the end of the world. This is ridiculous. Reminds me of a few years back when everyone kept getting injuries, dropping like flies.
  15. Cal-FCB

    Andrés Iniesta

Keita doesn't really come looking for the ball like Andres does in the CM role. Keita bombs forward with attacking runs into the box. They're good areas that he gets into but it doesn't help the build up. Andres definitely needs to start there against Inter.
  16. Cal-FCB

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Yeh he was extremely dangerous first half. The movement was great for that chance but he really wasted it, straight at the keeper. Those are the chances he's missing at the moment.
  17. Cal-FCB

    Andrés Iniesta

Agree with you beef, Andres really hasn't found form yet. When he's playing well you don't need to sit and analyse his performance, because you know when he's played well, he blows you away. He's really below par right now.
  18. Cal-FCB

    Dmytro Chygrynskiy

He wasn't actually that bad tonight IMO. There were some poor moments where his decision making isn't coordinated with his slowness. But the blame for the goal lies at Pique and Alves feet. Pique has actually been below par this season too. He hasn't returned to his immense levels of last...
  19. Cal-FCB

    Patrick Kluivert

I was always a big fan of him, He was there when I started to like Barca and he was easily one of my favourite players.
  20. Cal-FCB

    Thierry Henry

Yeh exactly ducky, it was a very safe response from Titi. Personally I think it sets far too much of a precedent replaying this game given how many other matches every week are decided on dodgy incidents. Ireland deserved to go through but there's nothing to be done tbh, there's no going back.
