What a game from him. He constantly battled in the middle, so many tackles he put in. His challenge on Bendtner kept us in tournament. That's 3 games in a row and he's been fantastic in all of them.

Can't see what was good other than the assist? He's not confident on the ball and he really lacks composure at times. Still not pushing for a first team place IMO, only advantage over Maxwell House is his pace.

Pretty average IMO, playing in the Xavi role doesn't suit him. He didn't move the ball fast enough at times, there were a few nice bursts forward but his passing wasn't that effective.

We missed him hugely against Mallorca. The ball wasn't moved fast enough, and the timing of the balls when they did eventually go wide was generally wrong, so the momentum often disappeared. Thiago should have got a chance IMO.
