So not enough to claim to know how all the teams play... Getafe play in a way they would struggle to in EPL. Teams have too much power to be bullied like that and far more targets to hit in box when teams sit that deep. Simeone has struggled to do it with Atletico for years now at top level...

Yes and he performed there and developed. He then got chance when performed in pre season. Fermin doing that at 20 doesnt mean every 17 year old is ready. It has no real relevance.

Teams in EPL are not weaker defensively. Definitely more hard games as more quality. There are teams in La Liga that have worse defences than some SPL teams.. never see that in EPL

The EPL teams are far more equipped to dominate both boxes and take on teams physically than Barca is the reality. Barca have to dominate the ball Getafe would not be bullying teams in EPL. Alderete will not be doing that for Sunderland.

Barca struggle a bit v likes of Getafe as they make it a physical fight and not exactly Barcas forte with players have. The EPL teams are giants in comparison and more used to that but they at same time dont face teams as often that can play like peak Barca/Real either.

Those players are not close to being at level of Olmo or Fermin currently is the reality. Dro lacks a bit physically and Guille makes far too many bad decisions. They are still learning/developing.

Dro would still be a long way off Olmo. Still very lightweight and has not yet shown anything to be on Olmo level. If he beefs up and he/Toni/Guille prove themselves this season then absolutely Olmo or Fermin dependent on who was not first choice needs to go.

As said before there is a bit of a before and after Reals/Ronaldos 3 peat team. In the 7 seasons since. EPL 3 CLs 3 different winners 4 different teams made the final 2 all EPL Finals. La Liga 2 CLs 1 winner 1 team made final Since.. Barca are getting stronger, Real are getting stronger...

Hard to get better than winning 3 in 5 years with 3 different teams and x2 all EPL finals to be fair. Doubt that is repeated any time soon. When have likes of Real, Barca, Bayern and PSG in the mix very difficult to maintain. But the top EPL teams should be competing with them and expecting...

So that is 2 wins in 5 years? From 18/19 to 22/23 EPL had x3 different winners. Two all EPL finals and two runners up.. Winning it and having all EPL finals obviously doesnt count.

What years would that be that it was far more dominant? I would say with the CL there is a before and after Ronaldo and that 3 peat team and since then EPL has clearly been the dominant league in the 7 years since across the board.

Means they have had 3 that have been best in Europe while every other country in last 10 years has had at most one in any given season. With Real being the most dominant of lot in that time. They have also beaten one another in multiple finals. Can see you are avoiding this 'mid 00s'...
