Well spoken player and clearly understands and reads the game well. Will probably make a great manager someday.

Only at Barca would someone like Sergi Roberto be given the captains armband over someone like Gundogan.

I like him because he backs up the talk. He isnt one of those guys who has a lot to say and then delivers nothing.
He talks the talk and walks the walk.

I hope he sticks around and doesn't regress too much so he can win something with us before he leaves us.

You know, like every time he gives an interview about how we (should) play I tend to agree 100% with him. Not that crybaby with no impulse control and zero skills Xavi.

He still has quality, but he should have signed for a different team to make the best of his final seasons. One that is the finished product and can provide the platform for him to still make a difference. It's hard to carry a midfield at the twilight of your career when your legs are nearly gone.

He wanted to play for the club of his dreams,gotta respect it.

So many things went wrong in the league and obviously 1 wrong thing in the CL.

He at least showed Barcelona fans what a real WC midfielder looks like, some had forgot, hopefully Pedri and gavi picked up something from him while he's here.

Played under Klopp, Pep and Tuchel to name some.
Won't be surprised if he has a fast rise to the top like Xabi Alonso.

Played under the two best managers of their generation with different styles, well spoken and by all accounts has a great understanding tactically. Also seem to have the mentality where he's not happy with "graceful defeats" as some in the local media want fans to be.

Funny how his piss poor performance yesterday is being swept under the rug by the usual suspects because of an interview.

If interviews are so important, why don't you just sign Kate Abdo as your DM?
